2. Stable and durable: With technologies such as SJ_Multi-EPI, the product can maintain stable performance in an environment of -40℃ to 85℃ and adapt to various complex working conditions.

3. Withstands voltage and resists interference: can withstand voltage shocks up to 650V (such as VBP165I80, VBP16I75S), and can easily cope with grid fluctuations and abnormal working conditions.

2. Full-Scenario Charging Pile Solution

1. DC fast charging

Products such as VBP16R47S and VBP16R87SFD have a withstand voltage of 600V and a current carrying capacity of up to 87A, supporting supercharging power of more than 300kW. With an on-resistance as low as 26mΩ and high-frequency switching characteristics, the charging efficiency exceeds 95%, and 80% of the power can be charged in 1 hour. Multiple protections are built in to ensure safety.

 2. AC charging

Products such as VBP16R32S and VBM16R32S achieve 16A - 32A multi-level current output to suit different vehicle models; 30V gate withstand voltage to resist grid surges, and 85mΩ on-resistance to reduce losses and ensure stable operation.

 3. Customized power modules

It covers IGBT + FRD configuration products (such as VBP165I80), supports 15kW - 360kW power customization, adopts standard packaging, and is easy to install and maintain; fast switching technology achieves efficient conversion and is suitable for various charging pile scenarios.
