1. Incoming Material Control (Source Control)

Wafers are sourced exclusively from Tier-1 foundries, followed by 100% electrical and reliability re-inspection upon arrival.

Critical materials are fully traceable with strict unique-batch management protocols.

2. Process Control (Manufacturing & Assembly)

SPC Monitoring: Statistical Process Control is implemented across all assembly and testing phases, featuring real-time 

alerts for critical parameter deviations.

Elite Environment: ESD protection is strictly implemented, and manufacturing environments are aligned to automotive-grade 

cleanroom standards in terms of electrostatic control and temperature/humidity management.

JEDEC Standard Execution: High-Temperature High-Humidity Bias testing at 85°C/85% RH for 1,000 hours.
