IRFM220A-VB is a high voltage, low on-resistance single N-channel MOSFET packaged in SOT223, suitable for high voltage applications. Its main features are 200V drain-source voltage (VDS), ±20V gate-source voltage (VGS) and low turn-on voltage (Vth) of 3V. In addition, it uses advanced trench technology to provide a low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 283mΩ at a VGS of 10V and a maximum drain current of 3A, suitable for medium and low power switching circuits and power management.
