SIHG22N60EF-GE3-VB is a high-performance, high-power N-channel power MOSFET in a TO247 package, with a high voltage rating of 600V and a high current capability of 20A. Based on SJ_Multi-EPI super-junction multi-layer epitaxial technology, the on-resistance is as low as 160mΩ, significantly reducing conduction losses, suitable for high-frequency, high-efficiency power conversion applications. The gate drive range is wide up to ±30V, compatible with various drive circuits, providing a stable and reliable power switch solution for industrial-grade power electronics design.
