The MMFTP6312D-VB is a small-sized, dual P-channel MOSFET in a SOT23-6 package, with a -20V withstand voltage and -4A current capability. Leveraging Trench technology, it achieves a low on-resistance of 75mΩ at 4.5V drive. The dual-tube integration saves space and provides even heat distribution. The gate drive is flexible with a wide ±12V range, suitable for most low-voltage control scenarios.
