The IPD50P03P4L-11-VB is a high-current, low-resistance P-channel MOS transistor packaged in TO252, with a voltage rating of -30V and a current carrying capacity of up to -60A. Enhanced by Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 11mΩ under 10V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency; it also supports 4.5V logic drive, with a gate drive voltage range up to ±20V, adapting to various low-voltage control circuits, especially suitable for applications requiring high-side switches or load switching.
