FDS9958-VB is a dual P-channel MOS transistor in an SOP8 package, with -60V withstand voltage and -4A current capability. With Trench technology, its on-resistance is as low as 120mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low switching losses and minimal heat generation. The ±20V wide gate drive range adapts to most medium and low voltage control scenarios. The dual-transistor integrated design saves PCB area, making it suitable for compact power supply and load management applications.
