The MTN2310AV8-VB is a compact and efficient Single N-channel power MOSFET in a small DFN8(3X3) package, with a 60V voltage rating and 30A high current capability. Based on Trench technology, it features an on-resistance as low as 28mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low conduction losses and minimal heat generation, suitable for high-density power supply designs. The gate drive voltage range is wide up to ±20V, compatible with 4.5V logic level drive, offering flexible and reliable application.
