The AON6278-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOS transistor in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 80V withstand voltage and 120A current carrying capacity. Using advanced SGT technology, it features an on-resistance as low as 4.5mΩ, strong current handling, and extremely low heat generation, making it suitable for high power density applications. The gate drive is flexible with a wide ±20V range, compatible with various drive circuits, helping the system operate efficiently and stably.
