The VBsemi AON6292-VB is a Single N-Channel MOSFET belonging to the VBsemi brand product series. This product features high voltage tolerance, high current, and low on-resistance, making it suitable for various medium and high voltage power conversion and power control applications. Manufactured using advanced SGT (Split-Gate Trench) technology, it has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 100V and operates at a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V.
