The NTLUS4C12NTAG-VB is a compact, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN6(2X2) package, with a 30V voltage rating and 10A current capability. Leveraging Trench technology, it achieves a low on-resistance of 17mΩ, resulting in minimal heat generation and high efficiency. Its gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, making it suitable for most low-voltage control applications.
