UF3C120080K4S-VB is a high-performance Silicon Carbide (SiC) N-channel power MOSFET in a TO247-4L package, with a withstand voltage of up to 1200V and a current carrying capacity of 30A. Utilizing advanced SiC technology, it features an ultra-low on-resistance of 80mΩ (at 18V drive), low switching losses, high-temperature resistance, and strong reliability, making it ideal for high-voltage, high-power applications. The 4-pin package optimizes the drive loop, reduces switching ringing, and improves system efficiency.
