The APT25SM120B-VB is a silicon carbide (SiC) N-channel power MOSFET from VBsemi, packaged in TO247. The device features a high withstand voltage of 1200V, a continuous current capability of 30A, and an on-resistance of only 80mΩ (@VGS=18V). SiC-S technology delivers extremely low switching losses, excellent high-temperature stability, and high-frequency operation capability, significantly improving system efficiency. It supports -10V negative gate voltage turn-off, offering strong dv/dt interference immunity, making it suitable for high-voltage, high-power, high-reliability power electronics applications.
