ISC028N03LF2SATMA1-VB is a high-current, ultra-low on-resistance N-channel power MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 160A current capacity. With Trench process technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.8mΩ at 10V drive and only 2.5mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in extremely low heat generation and excellent efficiency. A ±20V wide gate drive range is compatible with various low-voltage control circuits, suitable for high-power-density power management and switching applications.
