VBsemi BUK9509-40B,127-VB is a Single N-channel power MOSFET using Trench technology, designed for medium-to-low-voltage, high-current power conversion and high-power-density control scenarios. Its TO220 package offers excellent heat dissipation and mechanical strength, making it suitable for applications with high reliability requirements such as industrial power supplies, motor drives, and automotive systems.
