Product introduction：

PMR280UN,115-VB is a small-sized, low-power N-channel MOS transistor in an SC75-3 package, with 20V withstand voltage and 0.85A current capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 270mΩ (at 4.5V drive), resulting in low switching losses and fast response. The gate drive is flexible with a ±12V wide range, making it suitable for low-voltage portable device control scenarios.
