DMP6250SFDFWQ-13-VB is a small-sized, low-power P-channel MOSFET in a DFN6(2X2) package, with -60V withstand voltage and -5A current carrying capacity. With Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 85mΩ, resulting in low losses and low heat generation. The gate drive is compatible with a ±20V wide range, adapting to various control circuits, especially suitable for compact power supplies and load switching applications.
