DMN3016LFDE-7-W-VB is a compact, high-current P-channel MOS transistor in a DFN6(2X2) package, with a -30V voltage rating and -10A current capability. Enhanced by the Trench process, it features an on-resistance as low as 17mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, making it suitable for most low-voltage control scenarios.
