The SQA468CEJW-T1_GE3-VB is a high-performance, small-sized N-channel MOS transistor in a DFN6(2X2) package, with 60V voltage tolerance and 14A current capability. With the Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 19mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in low conduction losses and fast switching response. A wide gate drive range of ±20V makes it compatible with various control circuits, providing an efficient and reliable solution for power conversion and load switching.
