The DMTH6030LFDFW-13-VB is a compact and efficient single N-channel MOSFET in a small DFN6(2X2) package, with 60V withstand voltage and 14A current-carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 19mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in low conduction losses and low heat generation. The wide ±20V gate drive range adapts to various low and medium voltage control circuits, suitable for space-constrained high-density power supply designs.
