Product introduction：

DMN3011LFDF-7-VB is a small-size, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN6(2X2) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 10A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 17mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various low-voltage control scenarios.
