RQ3L270BLFRATCB-VB is a high-performance, low-loss N-channel power MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) small package, with 60V withstand voltage and 15A current-carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 10mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, compatible with 4.5V and 10V logic levels, suitable for various power and motor control scenarios.
