TPN11006PL, LQ-VB is a compact, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) package, with 60V withstand voltage and 15A current-carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 10mΩ, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for most medium and low voltage control scenarios.
