RJK03E0DNS-02#J5-VB is a small-package, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 60A current capability. Enhanced by Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 3.9mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low loss and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, adapting to various low-voltage control scenarios.
