VBsemi TPN1R603PL,L1Q-VB is a Single N-channel field-effect transistor using Trench technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and high power density control applications. Its DFN8(3X3) package offers excellent heat dissipation and low parasitic parameters in a compact size, suitable for high-density PCB layouts and high-current loop applications. The device provides extremely low on-resistance (typical 2mΩ at 10V drive) within a 30V drain-source voltage range, significantly reducing conduction losses; its gate drive is compatible with common 5V/logic levels for easy direct system driving.
