Product introduction:

DMT8007LPS-13-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOS tube in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 80V withstand voltage and 60A current carrying capacity. With Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 5mΩ at 10V drive and only 7mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The ±20V wide gate drive range makes it suitable for various power supply and motor control scenarios.
