VBsemi MCAC5D9N04Y-TP-VB is a Single N-channel power field-effect transistor using Trench technology, designed for high-current, low-voltage power conversion and high-density power management scenarios. Its DFN8(5X6) package offers excellent heat dissipation and low parasitic parameters, suitable for high-power PCB layouts. The device provides extremely low on-resistance within a 40V drain-source voltage range, supports 70A high-current output, and the gate drive is compatible with 4.5V and 10V logic levels for flexible system driving.
