MCACL1D5N04YHE3-TP-VB is a small-package, ultra-high-current N-channel MOS transistor in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 40V withstand voltage and 100A current carrying capacity. With Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 0.8mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in extremely low heat generation and excellent efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various low-voltage, high-current application scenarios.
