UPA2732T1A-E1-AY-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 120A current capability. With Trench technology, it achieves an on-resistance as low as 3mΩ at 10V drive and only 5mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in minimal heat and excellent efficiency. The gate drive voltage range is wide up to ±20V, compatible with various low-voltage control circuits, making it suitable for high-power-density application scenarios.
