RJK03A4DPA-00#J53-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 120A current capability. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 3mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal heat generation and excellent efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, making it suitable for various low-voltage high-current application scenarios.
