VBsemi TPHR6503PL,L1Q-VB is a Single N-channel power field effect transistor using Trench process, designed for high-current, medium-to-low voltage power conversion and high-density power management scenarios. Its DFN8(5X6) package features excellent heat dissipation paths and low parasitic parameters, suitable for high-power density PCB layout. The device provides extremely low on-resistance and a drain current capability of up to 128A within a 30V drain-source voltage range, significantly reducing system losses and improving overall efficiency; the gate drive is compatible with common logic levels, facilitating direct interface with controllers.
