DMTH10H009LPSWQ-13-VB is a high-current, low on-resistance N-channel MOS transistor in DFN8(5X6) package, with a 100V voltage rating and 65A current capability. With the Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 9mΩ when driven at 10V, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, suitable for various medium-to-high voltage power control scenarios.
