TK31J60W,S1VQ-VB is a high-voltage, high-current N-channel power MOS transistor in TO3P package, with 600V withstand voltage and 20A current carrying capacity. It uses SJ_Multi-EPI superjunction process, with on-resistance as low as 190mΩ, low switching loss and low heat generation, suitable for high-efficiency power conversion. The gate drive range is wide, with ±30V withstand voltage, compatible with various drive circuits.
