FQA28N50-ON-VB is a high withstand voltage, high current N-channel power MOS tube, TO3P package, 500V withstand voltage, 30A current carrying capacity. Using SJ_Multi-EPI super junction process, the on-resistance is as low as 140mΩ, with low loss and high reliability. ±30V wide gate drive range, suitable for various control circuits, is an ideal choice for high-voltage power conversion scenarios.
