APT1001RPNPB-VB is a high-performance N-channel high-voltage power MOSFET, packaged in TO247, with a 1000V withstand voltage and 12A current-carrying capacity. Using Planar planar process technology, it features an on-resistance as low as 880mΩ, combining high breakdown voltage with stable and reliable turn-on characteristics. A wide gate drive range of ±30V makes it compatible with various high-voltage drive circuits, making it a preferred power device for industrial and energy applications.
