TK15A60U is a Single N-MOS deeply optimized for high-voltage power switching scenarios. Using SJ_Multi-EPI (superjunction multi-epitaxial) technology, it achieves a balance between low on-resistance and high switching speed at a 600V voltage rating. The TO220F fully molded package facilitates installation and heat dissipation isolation, while the combination of 15A continuous current capability and 280mΩ on-resistance makes it a preferred device for high-voltage, high-reliability applications such as server power supplies, charging pile modules, and industrial drives.
