NDF10N60ZG-001-VB is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for high-voltage applications, featuring a TO220F insulated package, 650V withstand voltage, and 12A continuous current capability. Planar technology ensures stable and reliable turn-on and turn-off characteristics, with a typical on-resistance of 680mΩ (at 10V drive), balancing high-voltage withstand and power loss. A ±30V wide drive range is compatible with various high-voltage control circuits, offering excellent heat dissipation performance, suitable for medium-to-high-power power supplies and converter scenarios.
