2SK1567-04-E-VB is an N-channel MOS tube for high-voltage and high-power scenarios, with a TO220F package, 500V voltage tolerance, and 7A current capacity. Using SJ_Multi-EPI super-junction technology, it features an on-resistance as low as 550mΩ, low switching loss, and high reliability. The gate drive range is as wide as ±30V, compatible with various high-voltage control circuits, suitable for switching power supplies, inverters, and other industrial and consumer applications.
