VBsemi TK34A10N1,S4X-VB is a Single N-channel power field-effect transistor using Trench technology, designed for high-efficiency power conversion and medium-voltage, high-current control scenarios. Its TO220F fully isolated package provides excellent heat dissipation and ease of installation, suitable for applications requiring high reliability such as industrial power supplies, motor drives, and battery management. The device features extremely low on-resistance within a 100V drain-source voltage range, significantly reducing conduction losses, while being compatible with wide gate drive voltage for easy system design.
