PSMN013-100XS,127-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOS transistor in a TO220F package, with 100V withstand voltage and 90A current capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 9mΩ, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, making it suitable for various industrial and power control scenarios.
