NTP2955-VB is a high-performance single P-channel MOSFET in a TO220 package, with a -60V voltage rating and -40A high current capacity. Utilizing Trench technology, it features a low on-resistance of 62mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, making it suitable for various power supply and motor control applications, especially in circuit designs requiring negative voltage control or high-side switching.
