VBsemi PHP32N06LT,127-VB is a Single N-Channel power MOSFET using Trench technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and industrial control applications. Its TO220 package offers excellent heat dissipation and mechanical strength, making it suitable for high-current applications such as power adapters, motor drives, and battery management. The device provides stable switching characteristics within a 60V drain-source voltage range, with a low on-resistance of 24mΩ (VGS=10V), supporting a maximum continuous drain current of 50A, significantly reducing conduction losses and improving overall system efficiency.
