VBsemi BUK9520-55A,127-VB is a Single N-channel Field Effect Transistor using Trench process, designed for medium and low voltage, high current power conversion and high power density control scenarios. Its TO220 package offers excellent heat dissipation capability and mechanical strength, suitable for systems with high reliability and thermal performance requirements such as industrial power supplies, motor drives, and automotive electronics.
