BUK954R4-40B,127-VB is a high-current, low-resistance N-channel power MOSFET in TO220 package, with 40V withstand voltage and 160A current capability. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 3mΩ under 10V drive, resulting in minimal conduction loss, low heat generation, and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various low-voltage high-current application scenarios.
