AUIRLZ24NSTRL-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOS transistor, packaged in TO263, with 60V withstand voltage and 50A current-carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 32mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various low-voltage and medium-voltage control scenarios, especially for power systems requiring high-current switching and reliable heat dissipation.
