BUK7620-55A,118-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOS transistor in a TO263 package, with a 60V withstand voltage and 75A current-carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 11mΩ at 10V drive and only 12mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various low-voltage and industrial control scenarios.
