BUK7107-55ATE,118-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOS transistor, using a TO263 package, with 60V withstand voltage and 150A ultra-high current carrying capacity. With the Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 4mΩ under 10V drive, offering strong current handling and minimal heat generation, suitable for high-power-density applications. The gate drive range is wide up to ±20V, compatible with various drive circuits, providing an efficient and reliable switching solution for power conversion and motor drives.
