The 2SK3127(TE24L,Q)-VB is a high-current, low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET in a TO263 package, with a 30V withstand voltage and a 50A current capacity. With Trench technology, it achieves an on-resistance as low as 12mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, making it suitable for various low-voltage control scenarios.
