**Product Introduction** The VBsemi BUK763R4-30,118-VB is a Single N-channel power field-effect transistor using Trench process technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and high-power-density applications. Its TO263 package offers excellent heat dissipation and current-carrying capabilities, making it suitable for demanding scenarios such as power adapters, motor drives, and battery protection. The device provides extremely low on-resistance within a 30V drain-source voltage range, with a typical value as low as 2.4mΩ (VGS=10V), significantly reducing conduction loss; it also supports a ±20V gate drive voltage and is compatible with 4.5V logic-level drive, facilitating flexible system design.
