MCB3D9N10YHR-TP-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOS tube in TO263 package, with 100V withstand voltage and 180A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, it offers an on-resistance as low as 3mΩ, strong current handling capability, and extremely low heat generation, suitable for high power density applications. The ±20V wide gate drive range provides flexible control, compatible with various drive circuits.
